Jackie has been practicing yoga since she was 16. It was something she stumbled into, but early on in her practice she noticed some major benefits: less anxiety, a more flexible body and mind, and the support of a community of people committed to positivity and self-love. A few years later, Jackie completed her 200-Hour Teacher Training through CorePower in Boston, and has been teaching with CorePower for over a year.

Jackie is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher in Vinyasa Yoga.
